Terms for mileage documentation, review, export, and support.

1. Product scope

MileLedger is a mileage documentation product. It exists to help users capture, review, classify, and export mileage records. It is not tax filing software.

2. User responsibility

Users remain responsible for reviewing trip categories, adding business purpose where needed, and deciding how exported records are used for tax, accounting, or reimbursement purposes.

3. Advice disclaimer

MileLedger helps document mileage, trip purpose, and supporting notes. It does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice, and users remain responsible for reviewing their own records.

4. Subscriptions and billing

MileLedger may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, or another storefront shown inside the product. Subscription title, duration, price, renewal terms, and confirmation are shown by the applicable store before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period under that store's rules. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions from their Apple ID, Google Play, or applicable storefront account settings.

Payment is charged by the applicable store after purchase confirmation. Renewal charges, refund requests, billing questions, price changes, and subscription account management are handled through that store.

5. Product evolution

Early-access features, pricing, and workflows may change as the product matures. The public website and API may evolve alongside the iOS product.

6. Local-first limits

The current Cloudflare site is not the source of truth for user trip history. Server endpoints may expose health, product configuration, or local-first placeholders, but mileage records are expected to live on-device unless the user exports or shares them.
